the hotel was very clean and smelled wonderful. the cleanliness was impeccable and added to the overall comfort of the stay. the hotel also had a great location, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities in the area. Lastly, the staff were always helpful and friendly, providing prompt responses to any requests or concerns. These were definitely the best aspects of my experience at the hotel.

the receptionist made me feel uncomfortable about my mistake, which was not appreciated.

Best of all was the location, which provided me with a stunning view of the city.

The elevator system confused me as there were no signs that distinguished which floor was which. This made navigating the building challenging, as I had to ask for directions repeatedly.

Guests also rave about the beautiful views of the Burj Khalifa and the fountains, creating a stunning backdrop for a memorable stay. the breakfast is delicious and the staff is helpful and friendly, providing fast response to any room or guest service needs.

One minor downside mentioned by guests is that it can be a bit confusing to navigate the hotel and find specific locations, such as the exit to the fountains or the shortest route to Dubai Mall. However, the staff is always on hand to provide assistance and ensure guests feel like locals in no time.

The location was perfect with easy access to a nearby mall through a tunnel. The room was spacious, clean, and had great facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive to any needs or requests. Breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection. The gym was open 24/7 and provided a great workout space.
